Brunei
The Sharia Penal Code Order (SPCO) implemented in 2014 and fully in force since 2019 prescribes death by stoning for married Muslims who engage in same-sex relations. Although a moratorium on capital punishment has been in place since May 2019, it could be lifted at any time, and de facto penalties include up to 7 years' imprisonment and 30 lashes. There is no legal recognition of same-sex unions. We recommend consulting official sources before planning any travel.
